Continuing Professional Development - CPD

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is a structured approach to learning to ensure competence to practice, taking in knowledge, skills and practical experience. We believe that learning through taking CPD should be a continuous process where professionals are always looking for ways to improve their performance in their area of expertise.

Whilst traditional training methods are a form of CPD, to ensure learning outcomes have been met and can be demonstrated by the learner, all CPD taken through the IOR is Assessment based learning and Certificates will only be issued once the competence is evidenced and approved by our Verification team.
