Topic: "You’re fired" - Recruiters Breakfast Club - Free event for Directors and Senior Managers

The next recruitment breakfast club will be discussing the issue of Compromise Agreements. Although Lord Sugar utters the words 'Your fired' at the end of each Apprentice episode with ease, we are all aware that in today's 'claim culture' society uttering these words can have financial consequences for the business. Compromise Agreements have become a key document when trying to limit your business' liability in these circumstances.

We aim to provide you with the practical tools to negotiate employee exits in the most cost effective and commercial way whilst having regard to the complex legal implications and the relevant terms to include in the Agreement.

There will also be a quick update on AWR & the new Pension reforms.
