The Consultants at the top are every bit as good as the football players in the 80s but there are problems within the game that need to be addressed if it is to flourish in the decades to come. Players, Clubs and Fans were the beneficiaries of the football revolution as much as Consultants, Firms, Clients and Candidates could become the beneficiaries of a similar recruitment revolution.
