IOR In-House Advisory Board Member - Lenka Bednarikova

Lenka is currently working as a Business Analyst / Project Manager for Rio Tinto on their large Learning & Development Programme where she is responsible for stakeholder management, business requirements elicitation, processes documentation and improvements, training needs analyses, and project management.

Prior to Rio Tinto Lenka has worked for Microsoft as a Project Manager in their HR / International Staffing department where she was looking after a several high profile projects / programs such as Workforce Planning, Resource Modelling, Budget vs. Spend Program, Globally Unified Reporting and others.

Previously, she also worked for Nokia helping to implement and improve their RPO model, and project manage value add projects in the recruitment and HR area. Her background also includes working as an IT Project Manager on a large online workflow application for BSkyB, and IT Recruitment and Resourcing for multinational companies such as Nokia and Serco.
