Andy is the founder and driving force behind LinkedIn Leaders. Over a career spanning fifteen years, he has established himself as an IT and systems implementation expert managing projects in investment banking, high profile media and training clients.
Andy’s early career saw him manage high profile IT projects such as the management of the data warehouse of the BSkyB broadband and web media implementation to 6 million plus customers. In early 2008 he returned to the North West to run his own training practice, and where he was invited to create a training and social media company under a parent brand with strategic partners of big names such as Ethiad, star alliance. Now focused on LinkedIn Andy has been approached by companies in Australia, India and France to provide LinkedIn consultancy and spoking at many events most recently being invited to speak with the Employment Skills cabinet minister.
Andy founded LinkedIn Leaders and immediately set about using his IT and analysis skills to create programs that are focused on long term growth. Talent communities, positioning and authority in your vertical are Andy's focus.
Andy prides himself that his strategic skills allow LinkedIn Leaders to bring a unique set of LinkedIn programs designed specifically for the recruitment industry. This has resulted in him being approached to joint venture with recruitment companies in India, Australia and more recently France.
His vast knowledge and experience of complex systems and analysis coupled with a desire to provide unique programs has led him to developing the comprehensive online program specifically for recruiters, owners and directors - In 2010 Andy's technical team filmed 21 LinkedIn recruitment-specific online-videos, and 20 videos specifically for job seekers on how to utilise LinkedIn to exponentially improve the seekers chances of employment. Many recruiters have used the program on their own candidate databases to improve candidate profile.
In 2012 LinkedIn Leaders have already agreed in principal to produce digital programs which will ensure UK recruiters and directors have the resources to protect their LinkedIn data, get ready for the upcoming changes in LinkedIn and to create strategies that ensure their teams are extracting opportunity from LinkedIn.
The next phase of LinkedIn leaders is to provide talent communities to 50 strategic partners in the recruitment field.
