We are delighted to partner with the IOR to offer an unrivalled support service to recruiters wanting to set up their own recruitment business. In addition to providing the initial systems and services at no cost to the new business, e.g. bespoke website and database software; the IOR saw the huge value we offer in the high quality business support and Non-Executive Director mentoring we offer at no extra charge.

As we don’t charge fixed costs or take any part ownership in the new businesses, we simply charge the businesses we support a percentage of their billings; this percentage decreases with the size of the businesses turnover, but for IOR members we will reduce this sliding percentage scale by 10%.

Having successfully helped build a variety of recruitment businesses, Rhys Jones wanted to use his experience to help budding entrepreneurs build their own businesses and avoid having to learn from their own mistakes along the way. So, Davidson Gray was formed by hand picking a team of experts who all excel in certain parts of building a recruitment business.

Being a good recruiter doesn’t prepare you for all the aspects of running a business, only experience does that, so that’s where Davidson Gray fits in. This team of experts are on hand to offer help and mentorship, but only when you want it. We believe you need the freedom of ownership, but with the comfort of help whenever you need it.

Also building a business from nothing can be a little lonely sometimes, we are there at the end of the phone, to meet for a coffee, or if you want company full time we can hook you up with other Davidson Gray businesses to share office space.
