Professional Apprenticeship Programme

The IOR Professional Apprenticeship Programme will be launched in Spring 2013 to provide high quality work based training and personal development leading to a career in HR, Internal or Agency recruitment. The Professional Apprenticeship Programme will operate nationally with Apprentices following a strict learning curriculum within the work place.

The IOR is working with the Skills Council for Administration (CfA), the Government's National Apprenticeship Service and Industry stakeholders to develop and deliver Apprenticeship Programmes.

Two Professional Apprenticeship Programmes will be running:

1. For ages 16-24
2. Adult Apprenticeships

To support the launch of the Professional Apprenticeship Programme, FREE first year membership of the Institute of Recruiters, IOR will be provided to all Apprentices.

Full details of providers and vocational qualifications levels achieved will be announced in Spring 2013.
