David’s recruitment career started with industrial temps, running a busy temp desk was certainly an eye opener for someone who had come from an Electrical Engineer and field sales background. David continued his personal development as a recruiter with various small independents gaining an insight in to the perms market.

In 2007 David decided to work for himself and launched Electrical Recruitment Specialists Ltd. I wanted to bring together my recruitment experience and technical background together. Initially we started on the higher end of the market with perms.  Now we run contractors to service our client’s needs. 2010 saw the beginning of MyElectricalJobs Ltd a job board specialising in servicing clients for the electrical industry.

David’s company now has a group of 20 specialist sites under the MyJobs Ltd brand.
