About Me:
I love recruitment. I love partnering with all stakeholders to secure the right person for the right career role with a great company. I love seeing the impact on a business, and the impact on a person's life, when the career match process works out just right. I love all the elements that go into the match making process and all the skills required to ensure a success outcome, despite all the hurdles that invariably need to be overcome along the way. I intensely dislike the folk who bring disrepute to the recruitment profession. I hate being lumped in with average, lazy, unethical, uncaring folks who see this industry as a way to make a quick & easy buck. I also love motorbikes, and classic cars, but that is another story. Right now, I am in the process of moving from London to Zurich for my work & home base, and am scrabbling to get my German language skills to a more than passable level.
